Frequently asked questions

Are Pro Control and 100 Series components compatible?

No, each range has specific components that are only compatiable with individual Pro Control and 100 Series systems.

What is the difference between single and dual?

Single means 1 actuator per side. Dual means 2 actuators per side.

Will a 4-1/4 stroke actuator work with a 2-1/4 stroke Lenco switch?

No. The actuators have a rate of deployment of 1" every 2 seconds. The 2-1/4 stroke switch has been programmed to shut down after 4 seconds of continuous operation.

Will the Lenco Conversion Kit for Bennett Actuators work with the Bennett switches?

It will work with the standard Bennett rocker switch, but not the Bennett electronic switches. Upgrade further by adding any Lenco 100 Series Switch Kit.

Will my pre-2017 100 Series switch work with my new style 100 Series control box?

No. Switches and control boxes made prior to September 1st of 2017 have different software and they will not communicate properly with newer switch systems.

If I have an pre-2017 switch (from 100 Series range), is the replacement sold now a direct fit? Are the hole sizes the same in the console?

The face plates are the same size, but mounting hole will need enlarged. Provided the old system was installed per our instructions, it’s designed to be a plug and play. The old-style switches had the 4 threaded studs on them.
